The monthly Caller newsletter has been discontinued. However, the majority of information that was communicated in the Caller is also communicated by other means:
- The Sunday morning worship bulletins include a list of upcoming activities and announcements are highlighted on the back
- The weekly Highlights email, as described below
- The online Calendar is a comprehensive list of all known CCCC activities and events; the default calendar and the C4youth calendar are both updated continuously
- The web site home page visually highlights upcoming events, with links to content pages with more details
- The Cypress Creek Facebook page provides reminders of upcoming events, shared with all who have "liked" the page
The CCCC * Event Highlights is a weekly e-publication highlighting the events/activities for the next 7 days. It is distributed to all members' email addresses on file.
