Women's Ministries - Cypress Creek Christian Church and Community Center, Spring, Texas

"Acceptance, Fellowship, Fulfillment" is the mission of the Women's Ministries Department. Women's programs offer a place for women to interact, grow spiritually, and find the support of Christian friends.

Bunko is a very easy dice game with no experience necessary! All ladies are welcome to join this fun and loving group of women as we get together to share a meal, prayer, and a lot of laughter.

Craft Crowd meets every Wednesday at 9:30 AM throughout the year. This group of women meets together to exercise their creativity and to share with each other the skills they each have. They hold several fundraising boutiques throughout the year. They always go out to eat together after each meeting. Babysitting is available. All women are invited to join the Craft Crowd for fun and fellowship.

The Christian Women's Ministries of Cypress Creek participate in programs and activities of the Coastal Plains Area, Southwest Region, International CWF and the Division of Homeland Ministries.

EarlyBirds - Saturday Morning Women's Group meets on 2nd Sat. 8:30 AM. in Room 27 for a time of sharing, fellowship and bible study.

The EarlyBirds host a one-day Women's Retreat each spring, which brings the women of Cypress Creek and area Disciples churches together for a day of spiritual renewal, sharing time, getting to know each other better, fun and fellowship. EarlyBirds Group is open to all women.

Blessing Box Offering: An offering to support the work of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) through the Disciples Mission Fund.

LAF (Loaves and Fishes) Investment Club

This LAF Investment Club meets the 2nd Monday night of each month in the Centrum Bride's Room, for fun, fellowship and education. We study, evaluate and make investments in the stock market while getting to know each other better, sharing and having fun as we fellowship together. All women are invited.

For women of the church who have experienced the loss of a spouse through death or divorce, Sisters at Heart meets on the third Saturday of each month, @ 1:00 p.m.., in YEC 203-204 (Youth/Education Center). An elevator is available for easy access to the 2nd floor.

The 1st Tuesday of each month, at 12:00 noon, we will meet for LUNCH at Hasta La Pasta on Cypresswood Dr. (Near the Church building and the Police Station)

Sisters at Heart strives to expand friendship circles through shared experiences. Light refreshments will be served.

With Romans 12:10-13 as our guide, we are spiritual sisters sharing God's unconditional love through fellowship, spiritual development, sisterly love and support. We get together in the evening, sharing a meal, a lesson, friendship and each other's joys and concerns.
