Where children are hungry
Where an elderly man is left alone
Where hopelessness is unrelenting
Where grief lingers on and on
Where hatred spills out on the vulnerable
Where the unexpected hurts the soul
We offer ourselves
We offer the church
We offer the Gospel enfleshed in us
And pray it makes a difference
We offer this unto you
Holy God
