A PRAYER FOR THE WEEK
We hope whole-heartedly for You, O Creator God! The rat race of life too easily becomes a never-ending feat. We are hard on ourselves, instead of forgiving and kind.
We are hard on each other instead of loving and full of grace. Open our eyes to see the path You would have us walk, and awareness of how You equip us with what we really need. Our journey is not a quick one. Hours turn into days, which turn into months and perhaps years. We need stamina for it and our hope in You delivers.
Amen.
