Scripture: Colossians 1:25-26
I became its servant according to God’s commission that was given to me for you, to make the word of God fully known, the mystery that has been hidden throughout the ages and generations but has now been revealed to his saints.
Prayer for the Week: Could it have been summarized any better? Could Paul have presented our purpose, our mission with anymore clarity? Probably not! It requires a servant, a person of self-giving love to make real the Gospel you enfleshed in Jesus. Holy God, encourage me to find as many ways as I can to reveal the mystery of your limitless love, while always remembering how becoming a servant to all is the clearest way of disclosing what has been hidden from too many people. Amen.
