Scripture: 1 Corinthians 2:9-10
But, as it is written, “What no eye has seen, not ear heard, not the human heart conceived, what God has prepared for those who love him” —these things God has revealed to us through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches everything, even the depths of God.
Thought for the Day: In Session Two of our Dare to Dream series, Mike Slaughter says, “Don’t let the scope of your dreams be limited by the ceiling of your life pictures.” I can’t count the times I’ve missed opportunities because I didn’t feel equipped to handle them. Slaughter believes that you don’t discover your gifts and then serve; your gifts emerge out of your service. In other words, Let go and Let God!
Prayer: Most High God, expand my mind to see Your purpose for my life. Release the self-imposed conditions that stop me from embracing a step forward in faith. In the glorious name of Jesus I pray. Amen
