Scripture: Galatians 6:2
Bear one another’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.

We are raised to be strong and self sufficient, never asking for help, as that is seen as a sign of weakness. That is not what God wants for us. In Galatians 6:2 we read, “Bear one another’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.” God wants us to care for each other.

Prayer: Help us O Lord to be the hands and feet of Christ by helping those who are going through difficult times. Please open their hearts to know it is okay to ask for help. This we pray in the name of Jesus, the one who showed us how to be humble and help others. Amen.
