I write to you, children, because you know the Father. I write to you, fathers, because you know him who is from the beginning. I write to you, young people, because you are strong and the word of God abides in you, and you have overcome the evil one.

And believe that anything is possible
when you have the right people
there to support you.
Misty is absolutely correct, and the right people have so much to do with it. People who are Spirit-filled help us to realize that we are strong, fearless and beautiful for the Spirit has declared on behalf of God what our hearts yearn to hear. In a world where many other voices undermine the declarations of God, it is good to have those right people who continue to speak the divine truth to us.
Prayer: Through you, Gracious God, I can be strong and fearless. Through you and your Holy Spirit, I have learned that I am beautiful. Through you and my faithful friends, I can remain committed to your declarations. Amen.
